Keep overall dental treatment costs affordable for all patients.
Providing at least 48 hours’ notice allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may need urgent dental attention.
Each dental appointment requires the preparation of sterilised tools and the setup of specific dental materials tailored to your treatment. When an appointment is missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, these materials go unused, increasing the overall operational cost for other patients.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling any appointment.

Failure to provide adequate notice will result in applicable fees as outlined below.
Appointments booked during late-night hours, weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), or public holidays require a non-refundable deposit.
Emergency appointments scheduled during these times involve additional costs due to:
Special surgery setup and sterilisation requirements.
Dentist travel arrangements.
Staff penalty rates for after-hours attendance.
These fees are non-refundable, even if the appointment is cancelled, as significant preparation is required to accommodate such appointments.
A $50 cancellation fee applies to appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled, or missed without at least 48 hours’ notice.

This fee cannot be billed to dental insurance.
Repeated missed or late cancellations may result in prepayment being required for future bookings.
